Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
I build my practice on a deep belief that every individual is unique, valuable and is the best expert of his/her own life. I believe that despite the difficulties you may experience in your life you know what you need and I am ready to help you in a manner that is relevant to your present life and situation.
My main focus is on building on your own strengths and potential you already have and on empowering you to find and recognize your own voice, desires and inner needs.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment that helps to explore your inner thoughts, feelings, emotions, conflicts and experiences that may negatively influence your life change them and transform them to your growth.
I immigrated to Canada 13 years ago and provide counselling in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages.
